Very good amp for the price, April 3, 2011 By bob "bob" (Baton Rouge, LA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Kicker 10zx350.4 350 Watt RMS 4 Channel Bridgeable Car Amplifier with Top Mounted Controls (Electronics) I purchased this kicker zx350.4 and Polk speakers to install into my 2008 wrangler. I have a 2 door so need something fairly compact. This amp fit the bill. I have always used kicker subs in the past, knowing they have very good quality so I took a shot at this amp. Glad i did, this thing turned out to be a power house. If you know anything about vehicle acoustics you know a jeep ranks very poor. Lots of power is need to create music at 70 down the road with no doors. This amp is feeding my speakers everything they can handle. Very little distortion at blistering levels. 2 channels are bridged to power my sub and it pounds. Kicker did a fine job.
Right now I'm running all four speakers, 2 front are components and 2 rear soundbar are coax, in 2 channels in parallel, pushing a 2 ohm load. It gets hot but has yet to shut off. Sub is a 2 voice coil in series running a 4ohm load bridge to the other two channels. The factory sub will not make it another month, amp is feeding a... Read more

It is powering 4 two-way marine speakers and man is it ever! I knew it would make a difference having the amp power the speakers instead of just the head unit, but it far exceeded my expectations. It sounds great and I havn't even spent much time fine tuning the amp. Great amp at a great price! Highly reccomended!

I installed it in the trunk of my Acura TL. It replaced an Alpine (600Watt) amp. When I installed the Kicker amp it was actually more powerful than my previous one. I use it to push a 12in Rockford Fosgate in a large ported box. I had to turn the factory radio sub-woofer setting to -4, it's that powerful.
